I’ve withheld the intimate details of my personal life for too long... This morning, I give you some insight into the real me. Yes, it’s high time you know that he(any member of the U.S. men’s relay team) and I...are... yes.. we’re an item. Here’s why we make a good match:

1. I love to cook. He loves (and/or is obligated) to eat an inordinate number of calories per day.
2. I was once lifeguard certified. If need be, I could swim to the rescue lest he, God forbid, require assistance.
3. I hail from a water-shortaged state. If I brought home my own personal tall drink, it’d do the water table a world of good.
4. I have an empty bookcase in my living room. All the space he’d need for an artful display of gold medals.

You see, we’re a match made in heaven, the two of us. Don’t be jealous. I’ll let you enjoy the sights of him for the next couple of weeks. But, after this whole Olympic thing settles, my GOAT is coming back to me for his congratulatory home-cooked meal.
